As little sympathy as I have for the dead, I have considerably less for the insurance companies after they welshed on their policies in Florida and Louisiana. At least someone was able to collect, albeit not very honestly.

Despite the ethics of insurance companies, I can only think that this makes it once again ever-so-slightly less likely for legitimate claims to go through. A bit less than civil; a bit more than resistance.
